One week, sans depression

I have had very little depression since 2 Saturdays ago (8 days ago). I was slightly depressed yesterday evening, although I did get some programming work done that evening. I use the acronym W-CENTS to help me remember the 6 reasons why I am less depressed:
  1. Walk: go for brisk 30-minute walk every day, usually in the morning
  2. Clixmaker: work on Clixmaker (right now my test Scrabble game) every day, usually in the afternoon and evening
  3. E-books: read ebooks on my Kobo eReader
  4. News: watch TV News on my computer
  5. TV: don't watch TV anymore
  6. Saturday: only read the first section of the Globe and Mail on Saturday; read the rest of that newspaper later
Right now I'm reading a novel (on my Kobo) called Solar. My sister's ex recommended 2 books, including Solar, and my sister recommended 2 books, but only Solar was available in the Kobo Store. Tomorrow I have to go in to the office to perform some software releases (and pick up my pay cheque). After Prak the network guy does some testing, I have to go in to the office again to upload the releases to our web site. Maybe I will ask my brother if he wants to go visit our Aunt Helen with me next weekend. She is 96, has Alzheimer's and lives in a nursing home. I have been sleeping well, not having too much trouble falling asleep. I must go to the store and buy some milk today (I also need cookies). It's raining. I guess I will head out soon. Adios, amigos.
