Got out of bed around 1:30 p.m. and showered. Got dressed. Made coffee, felt the depression lifting. Turned on the computer. Checked my email. Made grocery list. [This post actually took place one week prior to Saturday's good post.] Bought groceries, totaling $19.09 (which I calculated in my head before reaching the checkout). Had 2nd coffee. Wrote an email to Ralph, my ex-brother-in-law. Had some yogurt. Wrote an email to my sister. Had a pizza pop. Washed dishes. Watched CTV news at 6:00. Received reply from Ralph. Watched 60 Minutes. Had dessert: raspberry yogurt, chocolate chip cookies, milk. Washed the dishes. Opened some mail. Watched Sunday Night on CBC at 9:00. Had snack: pizza patty, yogurt. Watched over an hour of The Passionate Eye, about anthrax (bioweapons). Brushed my teeth. Washed dishes. Went to bed.
