Got out of bed around 10 or 10:30. Got dressed. Had breakfast. Took my pills. Put the kettle on. Brushed my teeth. Made coffee. Turned the computer on. Read email from Diane Duhamel, the Volunteer Coordinator at Fred Victor Centre. Lied down on the couch and finished my coffee. Replied to Diane's email. Ate 2 frozen waffles w/ syrup and orange juice. Called Raj (my boss's brother) and left message that I'm not coming in today. Emailed Arvin and Raj that I'm coming in tomorrow instead of today. Called St. Andrew's Church to make sure they serve free dinners on Mondays from 6 to 9. Checked weather at cbc.ca: 6.5 degrees Celsius, cloudy. Went for brisk 30-minute walk. Had milk and chocolate-chip cookies. Felt a little down, went to bed, and slept an hour or two.
Feeling better, got out of bed and got dressed. Made 2nd coffee. Read short email from Diane and replied that I would like to visit her on the first Thursday of every month at 11:45 a.m. Had frozen pizza patty (similar to a Jamaican beef patty, only with pizza filling) with orange juice. Opened the mail. Lied on couch.
Watched the CBC news at 6 o'clock. Had leftover spaghetti and orange juice. Had maple crème cookies for dessert. Washed dishes & spaghetti pot w/ soap. Read book from library: Black Hawk Down, about a firefight in Somalia. Watched part of The National (news). Fell asleep on the couch. Took phone call from my friend Constance. Turned computer off. Brushed teeth. Went to bed.
